Self Catered - About the Property
On the middle floor, the master bedroom has a queen sized double bed, a sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom with bath. A suite across the landing has a double bed, and an adjoining room with a sitting area, and an ensuite shower room. On the top floor there are four smaller bedrooms: two rooms each with a double bed, shower and WC, one room with a double bed and adjoining bathroom with bath, and one room with two single beds, shower and WC ensuite. The owner's home and another smaller cottage are also on the property, and the swimming pool is shared by all. Due to the surrounding water, the owners do not encourage children who are not strong swimmers.
Self catered rental cancellation policy: To secure the booking we would require a deposit of 25% of the total rental. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to the rental date. The 25% deposit is non refundable. The client has until the date the balance is due to cancel, with only the deposit retained. Upon reception of the balance, the booking is confirmed and non-refundable. |

Le
Moulinot is renovated to
offer accommodation for up to 12 guests in six ensuite bedrooms. The house is tastefully furnished with great attention to providing the comfort and quality of a home. The
character of the three storey stone building is created by a mixture
of hardwood floors, old tiles, exposed wooden ceiling beams, antique
furniture and decorative fabrics. The millhouse is bordered by the River Cure. On the opposite side the swimming pool set into the millpond. Next to the pool, tables and chairs and
a barbecue area provide an ideal spot for dining outdoors. The house
is surrounded by terraced areas, with plenty of space to relax in the
sun or shade. 
On
the ground floor, the sitting room overlooks the millpond. Sofas and
armchairs surround the fireplace, and there is a TV, stereo, and DVD
player for relaxing. An antique dining table seats twelve guests comfortably.
The large kitchen has an electric oven, gas burners, a microwave, a dishwasher,
and all the equipment and features needed to cook Burgundian cuisine.
Also on the ground floor is a laundry room with washing machine and
dryer, and an additional wc.
