Welcome to Le Moulinot

Le Moulinot is an 18th century Burgundian watermill, set in seven acres of its own grounds between the River Cure and the millpond into which is sunk a natural-looking swimming pool. It is situated at the entrance to the village of Vermenton on the Route Nationale 6, fifteen minutes drive from the A6 Autoroute.

Le Moulinot is an excellent base to explore the region of “les trois vallées” extending from the wine village of Chablis to the mediaeval town of Vézelay.

Le Moulinot from the airBordered by the River Cure, a trout-fishers delight, and the calmer waters of the Canal du Nivernais, the villa is accessed via a private bridge. All of Le Moulinot's renovated bedrooms have private facilities. Relax by the pool, on the grassy lakeside or in the spacious sitting room. Le Moulinot can be either reserved on a nightly bed & breakfast basis, or the entire house can be rented by the week.
